What You Need to Know about Reservations and
Deposits
- One night's deposit by check or credit card is required for room reservations
- Personal checks are accepted for deposits only and must be received within 5 days of placing reservation
- Balance is due upon arrival, payable by cash, credit card, or traveler's checks
- Sorry, no personal checks at check-in
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted
- Reservations are not transferable
- 3-night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day
- 2-night minimum over weekends for May, September, October, and December
- 3-night minimum for theme weeks & holiday weekends
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, 15 days' prior notice is required, and there is a 20% cancellation fee. A motel credit will be available for the balance of the deposit—you have 1 year from the date of cancellation to use it. This credit is not transferable to anyone else. Cancellation within 15 days of arrival forfeits the deposit.
Sorry, there are absolutely no refunds after check-in for any reason.
